If not for Crossfit, Crossfit endurance I would not even contemplate it, due to the huge time committment of a LSD protocol. Thanks for letting me know it's possible to do really well. Congrats to you, your wife and your friends!Dan Belmontehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09499466878928990451noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-524138636283519763.post-13157191740558823972010-07-04T08:37:43.185-04:002010-07-04T08:37:43.185-04:00Fantastic account of your race experience Mike! But, its your attitude and sense of humor toward the whole thing that's most admirable :).

Take it easy now and enjoy your accomplishment.Pamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04933202804779678457noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-524138636283519763.post-69071831119814025732010-07-03T18:33:38.767-04:002010-07-03T18:33:38.767-04:00Wow! I felt the same way about it when I did CMan last year and never had that physical bonk on the bike when I just wanted to get off and run. And when I finally did my legs felt awesome. Sure parts of the run did suck and I did hurt a little but it was so much better than my other IMs. Recovery the days after was much faster too. I agree with you - I'm totally sold on this method of training and don't miss the LSD workouts one bit. Congrats on your finish.Emilyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15983523720254014702noreply@blogger.com
